For confirmed bookings we typically take a small deposit to lock in your date, with the balance payable closer to the event. The exact terms are spelled out in your tailored quote.
Yes — guest count, flavour selections and timing details can usually be adjusted up to a couple of weeks before the event. Just contact us and we'll update everything for you.
Direct bank transfer (EFT) is most common. We can also accept card payments for some events. Your quote will list the available methods.
Set-up is typically 20–30 minutes before service starts. Pack-down is similar at the end. We'll arrive early so we're fully ready before your first guest is served.
A standard parking space is enough for the van itself, plus a couple of metres around it for queueing. We'll confirm site access with you when you book.
