For weddings and peak summer dates, 6 months ahead is ideal. For most other events, 4 to 6 weeks notice usually secures your preferred date. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just call us to check availability.

Yes. Every van carries vegan and dairy-free options alongside our standard soft-serve. Just let us know how many guests need vegan / dairy-free options when you book and we'll bring enough supply.

Yes — every van is fully licensed and council approved across South-East Queensland. We bring all the relevant permits and food-safety certificates to every event.

The van itself is fully self-contained and can serve from inside the body, so light rain is no problem. For severe weather we work with you on a wet-weather plan: relocating to a covered area, or rescheduling at no penalty if we have enough notice.

A single van comfortably serves 25 to 250+ guests over a typical event window. For larger events (250+) we can adjust the number of staff, flavour range, and serving time so queues stay short. Tell us your guest count and we'll match the right setup.
